As the rain continues to fall, so does Buck Lake reservoir fill. The last time I passed the Magic Lake Firehall, the sign read 54% normal water level, most recent; 67%. I’m still trying to figure out the gauge in Buck Lake though. I assume the red line is the high point above which the overflow spillway comes into play. It looks like we’re currently at “1.8” and the red line is just shy of “2.4”. Lets hope for a full reservoir by spring in case this summer is a long dry one!
